No. One licence covers one Windows server, with unlimited databases and jobs on that server.
There is a 30-day grace period after a hardware change. Send us the new Request Code and we reissue the licence.
Core improvements (notifications, network shares, restore wizard, encryption at rest, Arabic interface) are planned to be free for customers with active updates. Cloud destinations, central management, SSO/LDAP, compliance reports and other database engines are planned as paid add-ons. Prices will be announced when they ship.
